It's a milestone we're proud of, and it formalizes something the team has been doing for a while: deploying Lemlist as the outbound layer inside modern GTM stacks for clients around the world.

Here's what the partnership means, why we made it official, and what it changes for the companies we work with.

Why Lemlist, why now

The honest version: we didn't pick Lemlist because of the partnership. We pursued the partnership because we already kept picking Lemlist.

For the past three years, across roles, companies, and dozens of client engagements, Lemlist has consistently been the outbound tool we deploy first. We've evaluated the alternatives, deployed several of them, and kept coming back to the same answer.

What makes Lemlist different isn't the surface-level feature set. Most modern outbound tools cover the basics. The difference shows up in three places:

Deliverability and infrastructure. Lemlist's domain warmup, sub-domain rotation, and inbox health monitoring are mature enough to support outbound at scale without collapsing in month two. This is where most internal setups break.

Sequencing logic. Lemlist treats sequences as part of a real GTM workflow, not as standalone send jobs. The implications matter when you connect it to a CRM that's actually used.

What we actually do when we deploy Lemlist

Most teams can install Lemlist in an afternoon. The tool is designed to be accessible. That's not where the work is.

The work is in the four places where most internal setups break:

1. Reply data not flowing to the CRM properly. Sequences send fine. Replies arrive in the inbox. But the CRM doesn't know what happened, the deal doesn't get updated, and the rep responding has no context. The handoff between Lemlist and the CRM is where most of the value of outbound is created or destroyed.

2. Deliverability collapsing past month one. The honeymoon period of a fresh domain hides the fact that the underlying infrastructure isn't built for sustained volume. Sender reputation, domain rotation, IP warmup schedules, and bounce handling are all decisions that compound over time. Most teams discover this when their open rates drop by half in week six.
