What is Oneflow?
Oneflow is a contract lifecycle management platform that digitizes the full contract process — from template creation and negotiation to electronic signature and storage. It replaces PDFs sent back and forth by email with interactive, web-based contracts that both parties can view, comment on, and sign in a single environment.

We build SOW templates, framework agreement templates, and NDA templates in Oneflow so that any new contract is generated in minutes, not hours. Variable fields — client name, scope, pricing — populate automatically from CRM data.
CRM integration
We connect Oneflow to Attio so that contract status — sent, viewed, signed, expired — flows back to the deal record in real time. When a contract is signed, the deal stage updates automatically without any manual step.
Automated reminders and follow-up
Oneflow handles reminder emails for unsigned contracts on a configurable schedule. This removes a recurring manual task from the sales team's plate.
