About Tandem Health 

Tandem Health is a fast-growing health-tech company. As they prepared for a significant phase of commercial expansion, leadership recognized the need to upgrade their operational infrastructure to support a larger, more experienced sales team.

The Challenge 

To support their ambitious growth targets, Tandem Health needed a CRM that was as agile and innovative as their product.

  • Building for the Future: Their existing HubSpot setup had served them well in the early days, but the company's vision had outgrown the system's capabilities. They needed a more flexible, modern foundation to support complex B2B and B2C workflows as they scaled.

  • Empowering the Sales Team: The goal was to create a tool the sales team would love to use. Moving away from manual spreadsheets and cluttered views, they sought a clean, intuitive interface that would drive adoption and make data entry effortless.

  • Streamlining Operations: With deal volume increasing, manual processes like contract drafting and lead assignment were becoming bottlenecks. The team needed intelligent automation to handle administrative tasks so they could focus on closing deals.

Our Approach 

We re-architected their entire go-to-market motion inside Attio, focusing on intelligent automation to serve both the current team and the experienced SDRs they planned to hire.

  • Methodology: The hardest part of the project was the data migration from their chaotic HubSpot. We managed this gracefully, building a new, unified CRM foundation and then automating their inbound, outbound, and B2C sales motions.

  • The Stack: We integrated Attio with their essential tools: Clay & Lemlist (outbound), Typeform (inbound), Calendly (meetings), Fathom (call summaries), and Oneflow (contracts).

  • Data & Automation: The system automates the entire sales cycle, from lead capture and assignment to generating a pre-populated draft contract in Oneflow with a single click.

The Results 

The new Attio workspace provided a robust, scalable foundation that allowed Tandem Health to expand its commercial team with confidence.

  • Enabled Team Growth: With the right processes in place, the team successfully scaled from 10 to 40 active users on Attio, seamlessly onboarding new hires into the system.

  • High Team Adoption: The clean UI and intuitive, custom-built workflows led to immediate and enthusiastic adoption by the sales team, making the CRM a central part of their daily workflow.

  • Operational Efficiency: The end-to-end automation of the sales cycle, especially for contract generation, has significantly reduced the team's administrative workload, allowing for faster deal cycles.
