We re-architected their entire go-to-market motion inside Attio, focusing on intelligent automation to serve both the current team and the experienced SDRs they planned to hire.
Methodology: The hardest part of the project was the data migration from their chaotic HubSpot. We managed this gracefully, building a new, unified CRM foundation and then automating their inbound, outbound, and B2C sales motions.
The Stack: We integrated Attio with their essential tools: Clay & Lemlist (outbound), Typeform (inbound), Calendly (meetings), Fathom (call summaries), and Oneflow (contracts).
Data & Automation: The system automates the entire sales cycle, from lead capture and assignment to generating a pre-populated draft contract in Oneflow with a single click.

The Results
The new Attio workspace provided a robust, scalable foundation that allowed Tandem Health to expand its commercial team with confidence.
Enabled Team Growth: With the right processes in place, the team successfully scaled from 10 to 40 active users on Attio, seamlessly onboarding new hires into the system.
