About REPS 

REPS is an ambitious startup in the renewable energy sector. Their business is built on identifying and developing energy projects, which involves a multi-stage process of pitching to site owners, conducting detailed technical analyses, and securing commercial agreements.

The Challenge

As a new company preparing to scale, REPS was struggling with a setup that felt disjointed and heavy.

  • HubSpot Was Overwhelming: The team found HubSpot to be overly complex and "overwhelming" for their stage of growth. It "over-exceeded" their needs, creating a cluttered environment rather than a helpful tool.

  • Fragmented Data: Critical project information was scattered between manual Notion pages and their free HubSpot account, creating confusion and a lack of visibility.

  • Inefficient Admin Work: Without a unified system, the team relied on manual tracking and drafting emails from scratch, creating unnecessary friction for a lean team.

Our Approach 

We built a new Attio workspace from the ground up, designed to be their first true CRM and the central foundation for their entire GTM motion.

  • Methodology: We consolidated their scattered data into a single, structured pipeline in Attio that precisely tracks opportunities from the initial pitch through to the signed LOI and finalized agreement.

  • The Stack: We utilized Attio as the core platform to replace both Notion and HubSpot, building a dedicated Partners List and Deals Pipeline to manage their relationships and projects.

  • Data & Automation: We implemented a robust set of standardized email templates for every stage of the funnel (pitch, analysis, follow-up) to ensure consistent communication. We also built automated reminders to alert the team if a deal hadn't been touched in 14 days, ensuring no opportunity slipped through the cracks.

The Results 

REPS now has a professional, streamlined CRM that provides the structure they were missing in their previous setup.
