The Challenge
As a new company preparing to scale, REPS was struggling with a setup that felt disjointed and heavy.

The Stack: We utilized Attio as the core platform to replace both Notion and HubSpot, building a dedicated Partners List and Deals Pipeline to manage their relationships and projects.
Data & Automation: We implemented a robust set of standardized email templates for every stage of the funnel (pitch, analysis, follow-up) to ensure consistent communication. We also built automated reminders to alert the team if a deal hadn't been touched in 14 days, ensuring no opportunity slipped through the cracks.
