Managing distinct pipelines for GTM, Ecosystem, and Grants created a data environment with varying attributes. The team needed to standardize these inputs to create a unified, reliable view of their entire operation.

The Stack: We built a direct integration between Attio and Slack to create a custom notification system.

It allows for customized alerts with action buttons directly within Slack, enabling team members to update Attio records without leaving their communication hub. We also built a new suite of dashboards for actionable, real-time reporting.
