About ParqHQ 

ParqHQ is a fast-scaling innovator that automates the complex certification process for drugs and food products. As they expanded their market reach, they sought to build a commercial infrastructure that was as efficient and automated as the certification platform they provide to their clients.


The Challenge 

ParqHQ had reached a pivotal stage of growth where their GTM strategy needed to evolve from agile experimentation to a structured, scalable engine.

  • Unifying the GTM Stack: The team was leveraging powerful tools like LinkedIn and Apollo, but they were operating independently of the CRM. ParqHQ wanted to bridge these silos, creating a cohesive ecosystem where data flowed seamlessly from sourcing to closing without manual transfer.

  • Accelerating Commercial Workflows: With deal volume increasing, the team needed to eliminate administrative friction. Manual tasks like enriching contact details, researching prospects, and drafting contracts were slowing down deal cycles, and leadership wanted to unlock more time for strategic selling.

  • Systemizing Success: To scale effectively, ParqHQ needed to codify their winning sales motions. They sought to define a repeatable, data-driven process that would allow new hires to slot in and perform immediately, rather than relying on ad-hoc methods.


Our Approach 

We designed and built a foundational GTM engine that integrated their key tools and streamlined their workflow from lead sourcing to contract signature.

  • Methodology: The magic of the solution was building a direct Attio-to-Apollo integration. We also implemented AI-powered sales preparation and engineered an automated deal and contract flow.

  • The Stack: We built a direct integration between Attio and Apollo, and connected workflows to Google Drive and Slack.

  • Data & Automation: The solution allows the team to automatically fetch and enrich contacts from Apollo, generate AI-powered company summaries for call prep, and create templated contracts in Google Drive with a single click.
