About Jellysmack 

Jellysmack is a leading global media-tech company helping video creators scale across platforms. With operations in multiple countries and 500+ CRM users, they needed a more flexible, scalable solution than their legacy Salesforce setup.

The Challenge 

Jellysmack's Salesforce environment had become a roadblock to growth. It was overly complex, slow to iterate, and misaligned with their modern GTM workflows.

  • A Bloated and Inflexible System: Salesforce was being stretched beyond its core purpose and used for non-CRM tasks like ticketing, creating significant overhead.

  • Lack of Internal Ownership: The system's complexity meant that any changes required external developers, preventing the internal teams from owning and adapting their own tool.

  • Inefficient and Siloed Workflows: The rigid structure created inefficiencies and made it difficult to build custom lead generation pipelines to drive new growth.

Our Approach 

We conducted a full audit of their CRM usage and re-architected their entire GTM stack, placing Attio at the core and integrating best-in-class tools for specific functions.

  • Methodology: We managed the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to a custom Attio setup in four weeks, including building all pipelines, fields, workflows, and access controls for their global team.

  • The Stack: We redesigned their stack to be modular, migrating from Salesforce to Attio (CRM core) and integrating specialized tools like Slack & Intercom (ticketing), Segment (data sync), and Mixpanel (analytics).

  • Data & Automation: We used API-driven integrations to connect key tools, including Supabase for enriched internal data and Lemlist for automated outbound prospecting.

The Results 

The new modular Attio stack provided a scalable and intuitive foundation that was rapidly adopted by the entire organization.
