The Challenge
As Jellysmack continued its rapid global expansion, leadership sought to evolve their technology stack to better support their agile, data-driven culture.
Moving to a Best-of-Breed Architecture: While their legacy Salesforce instance had served as a central hub, the team identified an opportunity to unbundle their stack. Rather than relying on a single monolith for everything from sales to ticketing, they wanted to deploy specialized, best-in-class tools for each function to maximize performance.

Our Approach
We conducted a full audit of their CRM usage and re-architected their entire GTM stack, placing Attio at the core and integrating best-in-class tools for specific functions.
Methodology: We managed the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to a custom Attio setup in four weeks, including building all pipelines, fields, workflows, and access controls for their global team.
The Stack: We redesigned their stack to be modular, migrating from Salesforce to Attio (CRM core) and integrating specialized tools like Slack & Intercom (ticketing), Segment (data sync), and Mixpanel (analytics).
Data & Automation: We used API-driven integrations to connect key tools, including Supabase for enriched internal data and Lemlist for automated outbound prospecting.

The new modular Attio stack provided a scalable and intuitive foundation that was rapidly adopted by the entire organization.
