About Civic Roundtable 

Civic Roundtable is a purpose-built collaboration platform empowering the public sector. Serving government agencies and non-profits, they operate in a high-stakes environment where security, compliance, and long-term relationship building are critical. Their sales cycles are rigorous, often involving complex procurement processes that span months

The Challenge 

As Civic Roundtable continued to expand its footprint in the public sector, leadership sought to elevate their operational visibility. They didn't just need to track deals; they needed deep, analytical insight into their complex sales motion.

  • Mastering the Long Sales Cycle: In GovTech, deals don't close overnight. Procurement can take months. The team needed a way to visualize velocity and "time-in-stage" with precision, ensuring that long-term opportunities were being nurtured effectively without stalling.

  • Unifying Strategic Metrics: With a growing team including a new marketing lead, Civic Roundtable wanted to move beyond ad-hoc views. They aimed to establish a standardized "Board-Level" reporting suite that would serve as the single source of truth for pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.

  • Data-Driven Performance Management: The Head of Operations sought to automate the quarterly business review (QBR) process. Instead of manually compiling data, they wanted a system that provided real-time performance analytics for every Account Executive, enabling instant, evidence-based coaching.

Our Approach 

We designed and built a series of dashboards in Attio tailored to Civic Roundtable's specific business needs, focusing on providing clear, actionable insights.

  • Methodology: In a focused 10-day project, we developed monthly and quarterly performance dashboards, built reports for in-depth AE performance analysis, and addressed data quality tracking.

  • The Stack: The project was focused on building advanced reporting and dashboards within their existing Attio workspace.

  • Data & Automation: The solution provides real-time tracking of funnel activity, conversion rates, and lead quality. We also built reports to monitor the time deals spend in each stage, offering insights into their lengthy sales cycle.
